Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in brand new condition, unopened, and unused. Items that show signs of wear or installation cannot be accepted for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please submit a return request below. We will review and send you a prepaid shipping label by email. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Affix the prepaid return label and send the package back to us.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item at our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the return.
Store Credit: We do not issue store credit. All returns will be refunded back to the original payment method.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for your desired product.
